      We are all invited by God to reason together with Him. This attitude of God toward man is an expression of His Love. God has given us His Word, the Bible, where we find answers to all of life’s important questions. Therefore, let us turn to this Wonderful Book for the answers to some vital questions which most of us, at some time or another, have pondered.

 

      The texts quoted herein were selected with due consideration to the context which is the only honest way to find accurate Scriptural answers. The questions on the following pages are among the most important that present themselves to our minds and are fully answered in the Bible. These are only samples of many more Scriptural citations that could be given.

 

      Jesus said, “If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed; you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."                                                                                           John 8:31-32

 

IS THE SOUL OF MAN IMMORTAL (NEVER DYING)?

 

      “Which in His times He shall show who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of Kings, and Lord of lords, who only has immortality, dwelling in the Light which no man can approach unto,  whom no man has seen, nor can see!”                        1 Timothy 6:15, 16

 

      "The soul that sins, it shall die."                               Ezekiel 18:20

 

      "Fear not them which kill the body but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.”                                                                              Matthew 10:28

           

WHERE ARE THE  DEAD AND WHAT IS THEIR CONDITION?

 

      "In the sweat of thy face shall you eat bread, till you return to the  ground; for out of it were you taken: dust you are, and to dust shall you return.” (Referring to death of the body.)                 Genesis 3:19

 

      "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those  which are asleep (dead), that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.”                                       1 Thessalonians 4:13

     

      "His breath goes forth, he returns to his earth; in that very day his   thoughts perish.”                                                    Psalm 146:4

 

      "… no man has ascended up to heaven, except He that came down from heaven, even the Son of Man.” (All are still in their graves until the resurrection.)                                                                John 3:13

 

 

     

WILL THERE BE A RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD?

 

      "…if the dead rise not, then Christ is not raised; and if Christ is not raised, your faith is vain; you are yet In your sins. Then they also which  are asleep in Christ are perished.”      1 Corinthians 15:15-18

 

      "For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the  voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first."                                    1 Thessalonians 4:16

 

      "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.”                                                                                  1 Corinthians 15:21, 22

 

      "…the hour is coming when all that are in the graves shall hear His voice, and shall come forth.”                                   John 5:28, 29

IS THERE A TRIUNE GOD?

     

      "But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and  we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ by whom are all things, and  we  by Him.”                                  1 Corinthians 8:6

 

      "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the  man Christ Jesus."                                                1 Timothy 2:5

SHOULD WE HAVE & WORSHIP IDOLS OR IMAGES

WHAT IS THE ONLY WAY OF SALVATION?

 

      "God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that   whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
