FROM OUR MAILBOX

From Blaby, England, Phoebe Waters writes:

Loving greetings in Jesus’ Name. Please find enclosed a gift for the tapes you send to me and also for the work of love you do for all who receive your magazine. May God bless you in your work and labour for Him. With much love.

From Roseburg, Oregon, Dianna Middleton writes:

I Hope you are doing well and staying strong in the Lord. We are so blessed to have so much in the way of encouragement with books, TV, telephone, mail, e-mail, the internet, brethren, the Word of God, the Holy Spirit (the Comforter), and the Lord Jesus as our Advocate. Surely God gives us all we need in rich abundance! May He richly bless you with Peace.

From Richmond, Virginia, Inez Gary writes:

Loving greetings in Jesus’ Name! I am missing all of you. Wish I could have been at the (Gordon MA) Conference, but it was not our Father’s will for me this time. So it is fine. I am enjoying Dan’s (Anas) reading of the New Creation…God continue to be with all of you.

From Lockhart, Australia, Eileen McLelland writes:

Thank you for sending me the New Creation magazine. I love to read what other followers of Jesus have to say and share their love for our Lord and our Heavenly Father.  Thank you all for the work that you put into sending and sharing the New Creation magazine around the world. Yours in Christian love!

From Burwood, Australia, Darryl Roe writes:

Thanks once again for sending “The New Creation” and for all the work you do. We are very privileged here in Australia to have such a beautiful country with so many beautiful brethren and where we can worship the Father in peace and comfort. Our conventions continue to be a source of help to all who attend – with talks, Bible studies and hymn sessions; all designed to give glory to god and His precious Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. This year we are having a Convention in Pert, Western Australia for the very first time. It promises to be a happy time of worship, fellowship, and study of God’s Word, which means so much to all of us.  Our regular meetings continue here in

Melbourne, Victoria. They keep us talking about spiritual things and helping us to stay focused upon the narrow way that leads to life with our wonderful Redeemer. What a joy it will be when we see Him face to face and share His glory (by His grace). We send our Christian love to all. Yours in Him by Grace.

From Huddersfield, England, CART reports:

In 2007 so far 14 containers have been send to Africa and India. To date the average known cost to ship a container is 4654 Pounds.

Countries sent containers: Malawi, Ghana, The Gambia, Cameroon, Somaliland, Zimbabwe, India, Benin, Togo, and Liberia. Sponsorship update: 13 children in Kenya, 25 in Liberia, 39 in Malawi.

Jacob’s Vision Continues: In our Spring newsletter we advised you that we were giving financial support to Jacob Luther Knight’s vision to build a school in Liberia. The main building has now been completed. The final phase covers the electrical, plumbing, doors, windows, plastering, concrete flooring and painting. Due to increase costs for building materials in Liberia following the civil war and the rebuilding work in the country the cost of the final phase has also exceeded the budget. We did anticipate this but it was in excess of our expectations. We are very grateful to our supporters. All donations can be sent to The Treasurer, CART, PO Box 554, Huddersfield, HD1 9ZQ, England.

FROM OUR EMAIL

From South India, W.S. Vedha writes:

Dearly beloved spiritual friends, sweet Christian greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. By the grace of God and CMF we have finished printing the eight Ransom course booklets of the Bible Truth Correspondence Course in the Tamil language. We have advertised in different places about the course. The first response yielded about a hundred who wanted to be enrolled. Most are non-Christians. Not many believers have shown an interest. The non-Christians need Bibles because they have to refer to it to answer the questions for the course. We hope to have a favorable response from you for this need. (Editor: Bro. Vedha translated the course into the Tamil language of India and acts as our CMF teacher and grader of the course in his area of India. Because of the financial help we have received in response to our recent appeal to you, our readers, we have been able to send him 100 bibles. Thank you!)
