Thank
you for that article by E.C.W. entitled “Free Men In
Christ.” It reminded me of my past experiences when I was actively involved
with an religious group who were followers of a man
and his teachings. I recently read a very interesting book by Ronald E. Frye
entitled “My Christian Quest From Jehovah Witnesses to
Son of God.” It showed so very clearly how one can become easily indoctrinated
into a religious system of controlled beliefs and the painful trauma that one
experiences when they begin to question the things they had formerly believed
to be the Truth of God’s Word that led to being excommunicated from former
friends and even family members. Everyone should read this fascinated true-life
experience from religious bondage to freedom in Christ. (Editor: If you are interested is
acquiring this book, contact me and I will supply you with the source and cost.)

This
is tell of the progress being made to The CART funded
Educational Project which will have eight classrooms, three offices, a library
and a Chapel. This is being built in honor of Guildford Tompkins, President of
CART who along with the Trustees are making this possible.
This is dream that I have had for many years and now it is coming true. I am
extremely happy to inform you that we have started the construction and have
completed the first phase, which is the foundation and
the casting. I thank God for CART for the relief efforts that have saved
thousands of lives, brought hope to the helpless that there is a God who cares,
put clothes on the clothesless, fed the hungry
mouths, empowered the downtrodden with support for the self-help Micro
Agricultural Project, ensuring a better and brighter future through their
strong support to our educational program, and lastly bringing the lost to our
Lord Jesus Christ which is the most important and basis of the relief effort to
the poor and needy.

began as a single study class using educational and relief supplies sent by CART. This study
class was the children’s only means of receiving any kind of education. The
Liberian Ministry of Education gave it accreditation. For more than 15 years
valuable education took place in two successively leased buildings with help
from CART and sponsorship from its supporters. Recently, they were put out of
their building and Jacob decided to buy some land and build a permanent school
which was begun in January of 2007. Can you help Jacob? We are appealing to our
readers to buy a brick for 5 English #. to help Jacob
achieve this present day vision and say with his ancient namesake, “Surely the
Lord is in this place.” – Genesis 28:16. (CART con be
